A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, providing a reason for the cancellation.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Kian Schläfer, Ziegelhütterstraße 14A, 67731 Otterbach, Germany, Email: support@kittycup.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not a member of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded is outside the European Union.

The right of cancellation lapses as soon as the order is processed.

The right of cancellation does not apply to the purchase of a personalized product (e.g., one of our jerseys with a personalized name and/or number) because these products can no longer be resold.

According to Section 312g para. 2 sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) a consumer has no right of cancellation for contracts concluded outside of business premises or for distance contracts if goods are specifically manufactured for a customer or tailored to their personal needs.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
